The Fourth Middle East Domain Name System (DNS) Forum to Take Place in Cairo, Egypt
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), in partnership with the Internet Society (ISOC), is organizing the fourth edition of the Middle East DNS Forum. The event, hosted by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt, will take place on 22 and 23 May under the theme "Strengthening Digitial Presence in the Middle East".

Middle East DNS Forum 2017, Cairo, Egypt
The 4th edition of the Middle East DNS Forum (ME DNS forum) will take place at Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo, Egypt,
hosted by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) from 22 to 23 May, 2017.
The event aims to build bridges between interested parties in the Middle East and world experts in the field.
Participants will share experiences and best practices; update the audience on global developments in the domain name industry,
and on emerging business opportunities

Registration for "DNS Operation & DNSSEC" Workshop is now open to EUN NOCs 9-13 April
The course is a four day workshop that is going to be on 9-13 April. The workshop will discuss the concept of DNS Operation in detail, mechanisms to authenticate the communication between DNS Servers, mechanisms to establish authenticity and integrity of DNS data and mechanisms to delegate trust to public keys of third parties. Participants will be involved in lab exercises and will do configurations based on a number of scenarios. DNS-EC will conduct the course at the Egyptian Universities Network (EUN)
All participants will be given certificates of participation upon the completion of the course.

The course is a four day workshop that is going to be on 19,20,21,22 February.
